The Hogg Foundation is expanding eligibility for the Frances Fowler Wallace Memorial Award to include doctoral candidates at all institutions of higher education in Texas.
The foundation will award up to ten nonprofits with a two-year grant to employ a fellow (a recent master’s degree recipient, or an individual with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use conditions).
