PK-12 Initiatives Manager: Coordinates all aspects of the Hispanic-Serving School District (HSSD) affiliation, including recruitment and retention efforts, and all program activities related to HACU’s PK-12 initiatives. Implements programs such as university tours, PK-12 Symposium, Youth Leadership Development Forums, etc.. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. A minimum of two years related experience in higher education and/or a PK-12 setting. Excellent computer skills and/or training with a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Power Point. High level of proficiency with word processing and databases required, i.e. document merges, databases, creation, data entry, maintenance, report generation. Strong planning, project management and administrative skills. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, email, the internet and on-line functionalities. Must be organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects with competing deadlines. Effective time management.
