General Summary

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Individual Relationships Manager is responsible for strategically planning and successfully implementing a strategy to grow individual, foundation and corporate giving for Morgan’s Wonderland.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically, the Individual Relationship Manager will have responsibility for the following activities:     

  1. Assist in developing an Annual Campaign Plan that includes measurable strategies for the realization of individual giving fundraising goals.
  2. Cultivate and steward local foundation prospects.
  3. Cultivate, solicit and steward local, regional and national corporate/business prospects.
  4. Maintain an active Moves Management system to monitor and assure effective cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals with gift potential in the $5k-$50k range.
  5. Understand and utilize the organizations donor management software.
  6. Manage a series of effective Annual Giving strategies including special events, support groups, social media, and direct mail.
  7. Provide extraordinary attention to detail and to being responsive to prospects, donors, volunteers, and senior leadership.

Salary Range



  1. A proven track record of exceptional accomplishment in fundraising for a recognized not-for-profit institution.
  2. Familiarity with various types of individual gift fundraising programs, including but limited to annual giving campaigns, donor segmented groups
  3. A thorough knowledge of (and preferably contacts with) sources of funding, including, foundations, corporations and individuals.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking and presentation skills and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. 
  5. A positive attitude and mature personality conducive to effectively dealing with prospective donors and their professional advisors.
  6. The ability to work productively and positively in a team oriented environment.
