New funding opportunity: Is your community the next Culture of Health Prize winner?

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Communities across the nation are seeing the bigger picture of health. They are working together to prioritize opportunity and equity by building a new foundation of health rooted in housing, education, transportation, and more. And they are involving all residents, every step of the way, to create a place that all are proud to call home.

If this is happening where you live, we want to hear about it. Your community’s hard work could win the 2021 Culture of Health Prize.

Prize-winning communities represent the diversity of the nation—cities, counties, tribes, and rural towns—each on a unique journey to advance health, opportunity, and equity for all.

Up to 10 communities will each be awarded the $25,000 RWJF Culture of Health Prize and the chance to be recognized for their dedication to community health.
