The foundation will award up to 12 five-year grants totaling $8 million to existing collaboratives in the Houston MSA. Proposed project budgets ranging from $500,000 to $800,000 will be considered. Additionally, a $3M grant will support the work of an initiative coordinator.
Grantees will build on an existing collaborativecomposed of diverse partners and community members who will assess the current environment, and plan and implement strategies, services and supports to improve community mental health and well-being, with a focus on equity.
