The San Antonio Business Journal and The Harvey E. Najim Family Foundation are partnering to honor nonprofit workers, volunteers, companies, and board members at 2018’s Corporate Philanthropy and Nonprofit Awards. The luncheon will take place on November 15th at Pearl Stable and honorees will be profiled in the San Antonio Business Journal on November 16th.

“This year we want to dig deeper into the individuals that work at these nonprofits. These are people that probably aren’t used to being in the spotlight. They might not even know that they should nominate themselves with the Business Journal,” President of the San Antonio Business Journal, Jimmy Holmes, said in a recent promotion. “This year, we want to ensure that they get the recognition they deserve.”

Everyday companies and individuals do outstanding philanthropic work in the greater San Antonio community. The Corporate Philanthropy and Nonprofit Awards are the premiere event to ensure that these nonprofit heroes get the honor they deserve.

Harvey Najim went on to say, “Last year was the best one we’ve had to date and we want to do everything we can to make sure this one is even better. Let’s make this the best one ever.”

Who do you know that deserves recognition for outstanding philanthropic work? Nominations are open until September 4th so head over to the San Antonio Business Journal website and submit your nominations.
