How can financing and delivery systems in health care, public health, and social and community services (like housing, transportation, and education) better work together to reduce health inequities? We want to better understand how these multiple systems converging and interacting can more effectively improve population health than any one system narrowly focused on a single type of service or practice.
RWJF’s Systems for Action program is offering up to six awards of $250,000 each for research on how to better align the many financing and delivery systems that impact health. All proposals should include a focus on health equity, by examining how better aligning systems can ensure everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full health potential.
