John F. Lewis, P.C. offers friendly and courteous service for auditing, reviews, tax preparation, bookkeeping, management consulting, computer consulting and software installation. We have been providing these services in the Central Texas area since 1986, and have a wide range of experience to best serve all of our clients. Our firm has completed five Quality Control Reviews, the most recent in December, 2002, and our opinion was not modified or restricted by reservations. The firm’s audit practice consist of performing governmental audits, nonprofit audits and reviews. Four of the audits we are currently conducting are A-133 audits.

Tax Return Preparation
We are experienced in all facets of tax preparation, including
filing individual, small business, partnership, and estate

interview techniques and computerized return preparation process
assure that your return is complete, correct, and presented

Representation Before the IRS
Are you having problem with the IRS or the state? If you owe
past due money, if you receive puzzling correspondence from
the IRS, or if your return has been selected for an audit,
we are fully qualified to assist you before the IRS or the
Franchise Tax Board. We specialize in Collection and Appeals
representation.

This office has extensive experience in preparing returns
for all states in the U.S. and the preparation of multiple
state returns in conjunction with taxpayers relocating or
working outside their state of residence during the year.

at a later date.
Relocation Tax Issues
Our office specializes in tax problems associated with relocations
from state to state. In addition to being experienced in preparing
returns for all states, we specialize in home sales, moving,
pension rollovers, part year and non-resident income allocations
for the various states.
