How do we work with our clients?
• Provide personal, hands-on attention to each clients needs
• Provide services tailored to the unique characteristics and
goals of each organization
• Design a fundraising plan that outlines the process for accomplishing
the client's goals
• Prepare a mutually agreed upon Service Agreement detailing the
services that will be provided, the timeline from beginning to completion
of the projected work, and the cost involved in the project
• Provide regular progress reports
We believe developing and stewarding the donor relationship should always be controlled by the charity.
How do we charge for our services?
• Fees for services are charged on a project rather than hourly
basis.
• Your organization contracts for only those services you select.
• The services to be provided and the compensation for those services
are determined and agreed upon at the initiation of the engagement.
Services on Retainer
If a nonprofit needs ongoing support and advice outside our regular services, our consulting services can be provided on a retainer basis. On-going advisory services are provided as needed and might cover a broad range of organizational topics including Board development, resolution of human resource issues, creative writing projects, or other topics identified by the leadership team. A monthly retainer fee is charged.
