June is Elder Abuse Awareness Month

The Purple Run is Back!
 
 
The Battered Women & Children's Shelter and the Kristine Meza Foundation are preparing for the 5th Annual Purple Run on 
October 14, 2017. 
 
October is national Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The Battered Women & Children's Shelter and the Kristine Meza Foundation have joined forces to increase awareness in our community.  
Let's all run domestic violence out of San Antonio! Click here to register. 
        Are You Ready To Stuff the Bus?      
School will be returning before we know it, and that means students are going to need lots of school supplies! We need volunteers to come and help us "Stuff the Bus" on August 5th.

      There is urgent need for the following items:   
 
           baby wipes, baby bottles, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner,          
   & snacks.
