A Menu of Opportunities
Cactus Pear Music Festival

April, 2015

We thank you in advance for letting us in your e-door and giving us a few minutes of your valuable time. CPMF has a menu of opportunities through which you can support our non-profit organization and its mission. With your support, we are able to have free Young People's Concerts, give full-scholarship fellowships to our Young Artist Program, and continue bringing world-renowned talent to our festival. Those opportunities and more, which fit all niches of support, are listed below. Thank you!

Make a donation on May 5th through Big Give:

each donation helps us qualify for additional

matching gifts and cash prizes.

CPMF's Matching Gift for

The Big Give S.A. Campaign . . .

Can you help match it?

Drs. Sheila Swartzman and Kenneth Bloom have personally committed a sum of $6,000 to CPMF to be used as an incentive for Matching Gifts during The Big Give S.A. campaign this spring. Every dollar you donate goes to matching this gift and helps maximize this $12,000 opportunity.

Make us your Non-Profit recipient through AmazonSmile!

If you are like us, at least a few times a year you are making purchases from Who isn't?

When you shop at, you'll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price to your favorite charitable organization. You'll find us listed there. It's an easy way to lend your support.

Is Education a primary interest of yours? CPMF's Young Artist Program [YAP] is a 2.5 week intensive workshop in which serious student musicians who have won an audition spot study with professional musicians who teach, coach and mentor them ALL TUITION FREE. The YAP fellows also have multiple opportunities to perform in public and learn the art of sharing their gifts with the community in which they live. SPONSOR A SCHOLARSHIP: it's a gift that will continue giving for a lifetime.
Or sponsor one of our FREE YOUNG PEOPLE'S CONCERTS that take the music to those who typically don't have a chance to hear this type of music or this level of musicianship.

8 ticketed concerts in San Antonio, and the Hill Country cities of Boerne, New Braunfels and Kerrville, along with additional community engagements in the greater San Antonio area, your business message will play extremely
well and wide with our concert-goers.

Our concert program book is of the highest quality, printed on coated paper. Included in the festival book are world-class program notes making the book a "keeper" that our concert-goers tend to hang on to and refer back to again and again.

The JUNE 5TH DEADLINE is for our interior B&W ads. You can purchase a full page b&w ad for $300, half page at $200, quarter page at $125 or a business card sized ad at just $75.

To get our ad form, go to our "Support CPMF" website page
with this link: Ad Form.

Is hands-on action more your style? We can always use volunteers to serve on a patron/audience roundup committee in San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, or Kerrville. Please email our Executive Director Renee Davis to find out more.

Do you live near Coker United Methodist Church in San Antonio? That is the rehearsal base from which the festival works. We are always looking for comfortable accommodations for our festival artists, who typically are participating for one festival week -- the first or second week -- and need convenient placement close to Coker UMC. If you have such a home, please contact Renee. Thank you.
