Consultant. A Certified Quality Auditor through the American
Society for Quality, Karla came to owning her own business
more than four years ago after being an internal consultant
and quality assurance engineer for seven years at Dell, Inc.
Her roles at Dell included ISO compliance consulting, facilitating
and leading process improvement teams, and training and mentoring
auditors; she is a Six Sigma green belt. Prior to Dell, she
was a journalist in Northeast Texas and a press secretary
for a statewide political campaign. She is experienced in
writing a spectrum of successful grants, from federally to
foundation funded.
